Here in Santa Fe, New Mexico, they have a club that, to coin a phrase, is as-good-as-it-gets.
The Santa Fe Friendship Club.
A few photos of the exterior of The Friendship Club.
As with many clubs, there are several meeting rooms within the club.
Below we are looking at the main meeting room as you first enter the room. Dead ahead is the secretary's table.
Stepping to our right, we see the below view of the secretary's table.
Below is a close-up view of the right corner of the room.
Below we now walk to the right side of the front of the room and see the secretary's table up-close-and-personal.
Now we are looking back at the main entrance to the meeting room as we see it from the front, right-corner, of the room.
Now we go back to our entry into the room.
And below, we step to our left from the above view.
Below we have walked to the front corner of the left side of the room and look back at the main entrance into the room.
Well, that-is-that for The Friendship Club here in Santa Fe, New Mexico. They have a good number of excellent meetings throughout the day into the evenings.
I began this website to show photographs of our significant historical sites. Dr. Bob's home in Akron Ohio. Bill Wilson's birthplace in East Dorset Vermont. Stepping Stones in New York. Then it occurred to me that once done .. there would be nothing more to post here! So for this reason I have decided to expand my initial thoughts about this website to also include photographs of meeting locations and other tidbits that I feel would be of interest to those of you following this website.
MANY OF YOU WILL NOT HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO VISIT THE MANY IMPORTANT HISTORICAL SITES OF THE FELLOWSHIP OF ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS.
I PLAN TO SHARE WITH YOU PHOTOS I HAVE TAKEN OF THEM AS WELL AS PHOTOS I HAVE TAKEN OF SPECIAL MEETING LOCATIONS THAT I HAVE VISITED.
